We successfully launched our activities in Ontario in early 2024, thanks to our specialized knowledge in Family Medicine, our longstanding experience in recruitment, our specialist in-house recruitment tech, and a strong commitment to our founding purpose: simultaneously meeting the needs of clinics, physicians, and patients.
Successful Launch across Canada
We have been providing our clinics and candidates with 360-degree support, from consulting with them on the ways to meet their needs, matching them with the best candidates or the best clinics, and supporting them during the licensing process, as well as with visas, onboarding, billing, etc. It is very much a work in progress, and we want to continuously improve our processes and services.
We have now expanded our local team in Canada and have rebranded from Closer Match GP to CloserMed.
Our clients and candidates will now have a local expert partner in the provinces we work in (Ontario). This will help us better achieve our purpose of being closer to our clients, candidates, and the industry by having first-hand local knowledge of the clinics we place candidates in.
